Meet Dr. Elizabeth Buckner

Family

She is a native of Ruleville, MS and the daughter of the late Korean War Veteran Mr. Clarence (Ruby) Harvey. She has a
daughter, two very special nephews she helped to raise and a host of other family and friends that’s loved by her. The Buckner
Family resides in Georgia

Educational Background and Professional Qualifications

Dr. Buckner has an extensive educational and professional background in Early Childhood Education, Biblical Studies, and Theology, along with significant hands-on experience in child development and family services.

Early Childhood Education and Certification

Graduated from Ruleville Central High School and Gibson’s Barber and Beauty College. Holds a Credential Director’s (C.D.) license in Early Childhood Education, administered at Mississippi State University and warranted through the Office of Children and Youth in Jackson, MS. Earned a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential from the Council for Professional Recognition, Washington, DC.

Experience in Family Services

Served as a Mentor Therapeutic Foster Parent for 18 years with the Department of Family and Children Services. Worked as a state contractor, contributing to the well-being and development of children in foster care.

Theological Education

Obtained an Associate of Arts Degree in Biblical Studies and a Doctoral Degree in Theology from Frontline Ministries International, Columbus, GA.

Ministry

She is a licensed and ordained Minister with over 25 years of combined experience in the field of servanthood,
volunteering, mentorship, advocacy, essential skill development, creative impact with a focus to drive change, service
coordination and building innovative connections in the community. Her love and passion serves in redirecting people
back to their identity in the Kingdom of GOD and to live out their destiny in CHRIST JESUS. She is a Servant of the Most High,
Full Armor Speaker, Author, Visionary Leader and Humanitarian.
